The Boy's Bathroom is FINISHED

Finishing feels wonderful... Okay, so I have some strings to cut... let's be totally honest, but the tie-backs turned out cute and the strings aren't going anywhere... eventually, I'll be sitting in that room with nothing to do.... LOL.

The tie-backs are really cute, and not too overdone... I think.

And the whole bathroom ties together... even the towels.

This week, I got my birthday present... a little early....

A brand new Daytimer.... I haven't had one since college!!! This one is set up for mommies and the way they have to plan.  After moving from my "Brain," which was simply a spiral notebook where I wrote everything down, it has been interesting learning how and where to write everything in... but other than Thursday, when I was so sick I didn't even look at it, I used this all week.

The dresser that we're using for an entry table down at church didn't get as much work as I would have liked, but it's looking a lot further along.

There are two screws missing, and the handle that I had sanded won't fit on the front... but it is coming along. I need to rough it up a lot more, but it's looking a little weathered and ready for a rustic looking room.

The dresser has come a long way from when it was all the same color as the mirror laying on top here. I still need to sand the mirror down, but I am going to try to simply seal the top and keep the color of the wood that it is now. I love it that way.

As for Trim Healthy Mama, I read another 5 chapters, and am almost to the point where they start sharing recipes. I am not quite finished yet, but it is coming along.

I did start putting something together for my Master Bed Room. I know I am going with a beachy theme, and I have a lot of pictures in one document to help me start the plans, but I don't want to post them here, since each one belongs to someone else's blog or website.

Thanks again for the "knowing SOMEBODY would read this this week" and that I wanted to have something to show for my week. It helped me to do a lot more.

Becky
